An Engineer and MBA with over 20 years experience in Urban and Semi-Urban retailing. He is passionate about sportz and serves on the board of the Tamil Nadu State Athletics, Basketball and Table Tennis Associations as the Vice-President. He owns and manages the Prabha Group a diversified group with interests in High-end retail, Supermarkets, Automobile Components and Engineering. The group's franchise operations for India 's leading watch brand Titan (It operates 4 Titan stores) have set new standards for innovation in retail. The group's store in Chennai has won Titan's platinum award for the best Titan store in India three years in a row. He brings with him a strong understanding of the retail domain, a quest for rapid business growth and expansion, customer and quality focus, a bundle of creative ideas and a strong family tradition of business ethics and values.

Ashwin Rajagopalan – Captain

Ashwin's obsession with Cricket began at a very early age and while he may never realise his dream of playing International Cricket, his passion for the game will be one of the perfect ingredients for Jus' Sportz. An MBA with over 10 years of Marketing and Media Experience he also owns and runs Pratika, a Marketing Communications firm that has worked with a host of lifestyle and retail brands in South India since 2001. Ashwin has a strong association with sportz and lifestyle as a former media personality and also through his marketing communications firm which recently handled the Media relations for South Asia 's only ATP Tennis Event – The Chennai Open. Ashwin complements Jus' Sportz with a creative mind, a good understanding of the retail and lifestyle space and his communication skills.
